"I loathe perfection. If something is perfect, then there is nothing left. There is no room for imagination. No place left for a person to gain additional knowledge or abilities. Do you know what that means? For scientists such as ourselves, perfection only brings despair."

Group Affilations[]

V-14[]

Angelika is the founder of V-14 and head of the organization. At times, she rules with impartiality and allows the majority of her subordinates to do as they please. She entrusts command of the other teams to the sub-leaders, projecting full faith in their abilities as commanders. At the same time, she expects nothing but full cooperation, coordination, and the best of expectations. Though she initially discouraged relationships, she seems to have laxed on that policy in the case of Anton Semenov and Hyōryū Fūsoku getting together. She holds a genuine care for her subordinates' safety in the midst of missions and is particularly vengeful towards them being threatened. At the same time, they entrust her with their lives.

Inner Circle[]

Once serving with a zealous enthusiasm for their cause, Angelika now carries a heavy resent for the Inner Circle and their expansionist views. It is not due to their immoral and unethical approach to business, but rather for their desire to create an army out of their own mercenaries. In her time in the Inner Circle, though, she was a darker and more sadistic woman who was more than willing to use dirty and underhanded methods in order to achieve her goals. Under their service, she was responsible for one of the greatest tragedies to ever befall Soul Soul Society. She does not tell this to the likes of her subordinates out of the fear that they will rebel against her for being involved with their enemies in her history.
