Chiharu (千春) is a member of the resurgent Imawashī, where she is known as "The Analyst". She is the sub-commander of the Gotei Remnant Relief Squad and thus allied with Ryan Kuchiki and the Gotei Remnant, mainly in opposition to the Six Directions and Blades of Night's Veil.

Personality

Chiharu was the analyst of the Imawashī. She was responsible for the dossiers put together on the powerful individuals following the Collapse, suggesting she is patient, observant and analytical. She apparently doesn't get along with Dastan Shiba which, according to Kentaro (who is Dastan's grandson), is likely due to Dastan's dislike of following a plan that isn't his own. Hikaru claimed she was a remarkable strategist. She apparently has a history with Rōjin though the details are at this point unknown.
