Kusaka Byakuhi (lit. Dimming White Light) is the 3rd Seat of the 5th Division of the Gotei 13. His older sister is Shinsei Byakuhi Captain of the 4th Division and his younger brother is Hireki Byakuhi.

Appearance[]
Kusaka, like the rest of his family has White Hair (His hair is slightly darker) and Sky Blue eyes. He wears a standard hakama and white socks with sandals. He carries his Zanpakuto on his back, and is followed by a bird he uses to communicate with people long distance.
Personality[]
Unlike Hireki, he is quite mischevous and outgoing. He enjoys going on missions and is known for having lots of hobbies. He loves animals and keeps his pet bird with him at all times. He is usually tasked with sending and retrieving messages for the Gotei 13.
Abilities[]
Hakuda Expert- Kusaka is skilled at hand to hand combat. He tends to get cocky in battle and uses strong powerful blows on his opponents.
Kido Practioner- While he is not a Kido Expert, he can use the art of Kido. He has been seen using it on multiple occasions.
Flash Step- His weakest skill, he can use it to a degree that even an unseated officer can out run him using Flash Step.
Communications Expert- He is skilled at the art of delivering messages. Due to his job for delivering important messages, he is capture often and held for capture and interrogated for information. He is skilled at keeping all important information secret and would never speak a word of it.
Zanpakuto[]
Kusaka's Zanpakuto's name is Tandokuno Ookami (lit. Lone Wolf). It is sealed as a katana with a grey handle and diamond shaped guard. It is usually kept on his back. The release phrase is Hima za Jouyaku (lit. Leave the Pact).
Shikai- In Shikai, Tandokuno Ookami becomes a full black sword with no guard. Around the handle, is a piece of grey cloth that has a red eye on it. In Shikai, he can create a Wolf that can move messages at high speeds. He can also use the sword in coombat more profficently and gains faster movment and agility.
